There are so many reasons behind it but one of the core reason is life style. Lifestyle matters , of an every individual to maintain their health and fitness they have to follow a proper healthy life style which plays a vital role in maintaining the health.

How to maintain health and fitness after 40s.

Health is an essential resource which is very much important for each and every one in all the stages of their life. But in now a days people are unable to maintain their health and body fitness. There are so many reasons behind it but one of the core reason is life style. Lifestyle matters , of an every individual to maintain their health and fitness they have to follow a proper healthy life style which plays a vital role in maintaining the health.

As we grow we have to have a consciousness about our health too because wealth can be made but once we lose our health it is very much difficult to repair it. Especially after 40s because till 40 individual will have a capacity to recover themselves from any inquiry or any illness but after 40 individual will start getting old and there health conditions , stamina, immunity system and energy start to do there function slowly and it affect the persons health.

Taking care of health is very much important when we reach your 40s. This is a pivotal stage where the preventable measure and lifestyle choices have to be made. It is necessary to provide a required fuel( food) to your body according to the age of the body . Regular exercise is very much important for a body to maintain a muscle health, strengthening bones and also a heart health. As we maintain our physical health it is also important to maintain a mental health also. 

When we are in 40s individual should know how to manage the stress and work. It is as important as balancing mental health and physical health. Because this is where a individual is having a high chance of getting into risk like disease, diabetes and blood pressure etc. 

What are the challenge faced during the 40s related to health and fitness. 

  • If a individual when he was in his 40s if he get sick there are chances that he takes time to get recovered faster compared to his 20s . Because when an individual is in his 20s he will be having a capacity in his body itself to recover from the damage or inquiry. But when an individual attain a age of 40s the body functions and the immunity system starts to function slowly and they will take time to get recover from the inquiry.
  • There will be a less physical activities due to that it is difficult to maintain a healthy life. In 40s individual will be busy in there job and responsibilities where they start to run behind making money and to become success in that way they forget to maintain there health and to practice physical activities.
  • There is a difficulty in getting food digested. As an individual start ageing the immunity system and the digestion power will start to decrease, so the individual have to know what kind of diet they have to follow. Because in there 40s it will be difficult for an individual to digest food which contains carbohydrates, so according to that they have to plan there diet.
  • Due to there Busy lifestyle there are chances of neglect towards health. As the individual grow the goal towards success will be there first priority due to that Individual will start  to neglect their health and they only focus on success and to make there life settle.
  • Due to tension and responsibilities they are chances that one may experience lack of sleep and proper nutrition diet. In the intention of making life settle individuals will be working day and night without proper sleep and diet which will affect there health and mental state. 

Problem due to lack of proper lifestyle: 

  • There is a high chance of prone to disease in early 40s. When an individual neglect his health and when they doesn’t give proper care it leads to chances of getting affected by disease. The disease like heart attack, less life span, cancer etc.
  • There is chances of getting join pains and muscles pain rather than a normal pain. Due to less physical activities. At 40s individual will not do much physical activities like exercise and yoga or walking and all which leads to the muscle and join pains than a normal pain which comes at particular age.
  • Height chance of getting diabetes and blood pressure due to lack of proper lifestyle. When an individual doesn’t follow a proper diet and physical activities in there earlier days before 40s there are high chances of getting affected by diabetes and blood pressure kind of diseases when they reach there 40s , because in 40s body will be not having Power to digest carbohydrates contained good which leads to diabetes.
  • Due to less intake of proper nutritional food there is a chances of getting diseases of malnutrition , like obesity etc. Due to there Busy life individual have there food just for eating purpose or for the survival purpose and the quantity and quality of the intake food may be not sufficient for the body or it will be too much for a body to get digested and this leads to malnutrition . Malnutrition will not come when there is low in take of nutrients it will be affected when there is a height in take of nutrients 
  • Lack of sleep and life management there are chances of getting mental health issues in early 40s. Due lack of sleep there are chances of getting mental health issues like depression, risk taking behavior, etc. 

How to maintain health and fitness in 40s

  • Should have a proper healthy lifestyle plan.When individual have a proper lifestyle plan then there is a chances to reduce the risk of affecting from the disease, which helps in maintaining proper health and fitness of an individual.
  • After 40s individual have to practice some physical activities at least for 30min. When there is a regular practice of physical activities like yoga , exercise , walking etc., it helps an individual to maintain the fitness and also helps in maintaining the muscle and bone health. 
  • Individual have to know the proper nutritional food and supplements which has to be taken after 40s. The diet of an 40s is different from the diet plan of an 20s which means the diet plan means a meal plan should be according to the body and the age which helps the body to digest the food and also helps in breaking down the components to give energy or else if we supply more than sufficient then again it leads to some other issues.
  • In there 40s individual have to practice doing some meditation and other hobbies which gives relax from there stressful day. Practice meditation give a relaxation to the mind and it make a individual mind peace and calm from the stress they are facing. Practicing meditation or the hobbies with they love for at least 40min will help them to manage there stress and it also helps has a recharge for the brain.
  • In there 40s individual have to spend some time with there families and friends. Because in 40s every individual will be busy in money making and they don’t spend enough time with there friends and families which is very much important for a happy life and it also helps in maintaining a good mental health of an individual.
  • Reduce carbohydrates consumption. When an individual start to ageing they have to start cutting of the too much consumption of carbohydrates because it will be difficult to get digested and it will leads to many other problems like constipation and all.
  • Chose healthy fat. Try to avoid bad fat like too much fried food and more of junk which helps in maintaining a fitness of the body.
  • Be hydrated. At least after a hour drink a glass of water which will really help as a energy booster to the body and it will control many issues as a preventive measure.
  • Do regular check up. As individual start to ageing at least once in 3 months or 6months they have to do a regular check up which will help in detecting a if there is any chances of getting affected by any disease, so that individuals can take a preventive measures.

Maintaining a good health is very much important for an individual, it can be only possible when an individual is aware about their diet intake and having a regular physical activity and also by practicing a relaxation methods and having habit of doing there favorite hobby at least once in a week. By these methods one can really maintain there health and fitness at there 40s.
